All orders will be processed on the same day before 1:00 PM, if past that time it will be processed the next day. We are open Monday – Saturday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

The time required is 8 to 14 days (all expeditions) except for Sea Cargo which takes 35 to 60 days.

If it is stuck in Indonesia, we will resend it for free. If it is stuck in a country that makes kratom illegal, it is entirely the buyer’s responsibility. If the package is stuck in a country that allows it, we will give a 50% discount on the next order.
